Join me in the studio or on the beach. Whether you come for our weekly studio vinyasa yoga session (7PM Amethyst Cave, Southbourne) or meet us the beach (from May to October). Each class explores a theme, helping you connect more deeply with your breath, movement and intention.

1 to 1 yoga, meditation or hybrid class
Bespoke sessions designed specifically for you. Classes can combine yoga, meditation, breathwork and cold water immersion - let’s build a package just for you. Sessions are £45 per hour.
