A soul soothing morning of movement, sea air and stillness. to reconnect, reset and return to yourself
During the second part of the morning we’ll walk down to the nearby ‘The Saltwater Sauna’ at Avon Beach, a beautifully crafted, wood fired Nordic sauna set right on the beach.
Here, you’ll move through guided rounds of contrast therapy: cold sea dips followed by the soothing warmth of the sauna. This powerful practice supports circulation, boosts immunity, relieves stress and invites a deep reset for both body and mind.
With the sound of waves just outside and the warmth of the fire within, the sauna becomes a space to release, reflect, and reconnect. The combination of cold water immersion and heat therapy invites you to drop deeper into your body and breath, awakening your senses and grounding you in the present moment.
We’ll close our time together with warm tea, homemade sweet treats, and space to rest or connect in quiet conversation on the shore.
This retreat is a full body, mind and soul experience. It’s an invitation to soften into the rhythm of late autumn, to reconnect with nature, and to leave feeling nourished and renewed.
Join us for a nourishing half day retreat by the sea. A morning of gentle movement, crisp sea air, connection and uplifting commmunity. Set at the beautiful Avon Beach, with views of the water from our studio space and beach sauna, this is a chance to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and calming environment.
We’ll begin the day indoors tucked away in a warm and welcoming space above The Noisy Lobster, where you’ll be guided through a meditation, grounding yoga flow. With a blend of restorative and vinyasa practices, this session is designed to gently awaken the body, soothe the nervous system and invite stillness.

8:30 – Opening Circle & Meditation
8:50 – Grounding Yoga | Restorative to Vinyasa with extended savasana
10:30 – Walk to sauna
10:45 – Sauna & Sea Experience (The Saltwater Sauna)
12:10 – Beach Gathering with Tea + Snacks
12:20 – Closing Circle & Meditation

Additional Information
No previous experience of yoga, sauna, or cold water immersion is needed, just a willingness to slow down, move gently, and connect with nature and community.
Please note: The sea dip is part of the facilitated experience, and safety will be supported throughout. As always, immersion is at your own discretion and comfort level, but we encourage participation in the full flow of the retreat for the most integrated and rewarding experience.

The cost of the retreat is £44 for early bird bookings, available until Sun 19th Oct, and £49 after. Spaces are limited to 15 participants to ensure a spacious and personal experience.
