Join Dani and Zoe. Space holders, soul and surf sisters, and movement lovers, for a special pre-festival Wild Calm session. This co-created offering is a playful fusion of soul-stirring beats, grounding yoga, mindful breath, and embodied movement.

We’ll begin with Zoe’s energising Shake the Dust practice. an invitation to move freely and release stuck energy, then transition into a grounding yoga flow guided by Dani to restore and reconnect.

Set to vibrant music and held in a relaxed, welcoming space, this session is for all bodies and all levels. Whether you're warming up for festival season or simply craving a midweek reset, Wild Calm is your chance to drop into rhythm, breath, and presence.

Come as you are. Move, breathe, and leave feeling lighter.

*This is a little tester ahead of our Wild Calm session at Camp Bestival this August—we’d love to share it with you first.
