There's something special about taking your practice outdoors. Feeling the sand beneath your feet, breathing in the fresh sea air and moving to the sound of the waves.
Throughout the summer, join me by the sea for weekly Beach Flow, Saturday morning pop ups and our monthly New Moon Beach Gatherings.
Three ways to move, breathe and reconnect with nature throughout the warmer months.
SUMMER ON THE BEACH

Thursdays 10:00am | £12 drop in or part of summer class pass
A 6 week summer series at Hengistbury Head. Join us for a grounded, well paced vinyasa flow with moments of stillness and rest. Optional sea dip after class. Learn more
SATURDAY MORNING POP UPS

Two special Saturday morning sessions to make the most of summer by the sea. Start your weekend with an energising beach flow, fresh air and an optional sea dip afterwards. Learn more
NEW MOON BEACH GATHERINGS
Monthly Mondays 7pm • August 10th | £12 drop in or part of class pass
A slower evening gathering combining gentle yoga, meditation and reflection before spending time together around the fire as the sun sets over the sea. Learn more

Follow the promonade all the way to the Hengistbury Head end, drop down to the beach, we’ll be by the wooden jetty. Google map link

• Layers for cooler mornings/evenings
• Swimwear if you'd like to dip
WEATHER
As we're practising outdoors, sessions are weather dependent. If conditions aren't suitable, you'll be contacted before the class with any changes or alternative arrangements.
